CSM Provides Service for Nortel Phone Systems in Tampa and Austin

With all the storms that have rolled through our area, we have received quite a number of calls from new clients asking if CSM can service their Nortel, Norstar, Meridian, or Avaya or AT&T Partner PBX phone systems. Of course, loyal blog readers, you already know that CSM is fully certified on those systems and can provide excellent service on any of them. As you may know, Nortel, which manufactured the Norstar, Nortel, Meridian and BCM phone systems, was purchased by Avaya in 2008. As of 2014, all the systems mentioned in this article have been discontinued, some since 2009.

It is our philosophy that a system should run as long as you, the customer,  want it to.
