  • The call will now IMMEDIETLY be active on your GoTo Connect app on the smart phone
  • To switch back, complete the same operation by pressing “*77” on your app’s dialpad.
  • The call will now IMMEDIETLY be on your deskphone

Isn’t that brilliantly simple!

Other Functions

The other functions, in addition to the one above, are also easily accessible in the app. Setting up scheduled or ad hoc conferences, both audio and video, are a a breeze! Worried you missed an important call? Don’t be. Recent call lists display missed, made, and received calls. Many advanced features are accessible with simply the touch of a button, including speaker, mute, voicemail, transfer, and hold.
