In your Core Markets of Tampa, Orlando, Austin, and Sarasota, what type of Business Phone Systems do you Service?

Believe it or not, that is one of the most common questions that we receive here at CSM South. Our core markets consist of the west coast of Florida from Hernando County all the way down to Naples, including Sarasota, Clearwater, St. Petersburg, and of course, Tampa. In Austin, our home territory includes the metro areas of Austin and San Antonio, Houston, and the Dallas/ Ft. Worth megaplex.

The type of phone systems that we sell in these areas is the same. We concentrate on Avaya for small business phone systems and companies who are looking to use digital phones, ShoreTel for VoIP phone systems, and PhoneSuite for Hospitality telephones. For the retail and very small office space, we recommend TransTel as an excellent value purchase. Each of these manufacturers has their place in their respective markets, their own strengths.
