Over 30 years ago, CSM was founded to provide service for phone systems in the Tampa Bay region. Since then, we have expanded to cover a foot print of peninsular Florida including Naples, Orlando and South Florida. In Texas, we cover Austin, San Antonio, the Dallas/ Ft. Worth megaplex, Houston, and the Valley. VoIP phone systems have become our specialty with a primary focus on Avaya & ShoreTel for business phone systems and PhoneSuite for hotel and lodging. We, of course, still do our best to support our legacy digital customers with Nortel, Comdial, Vodavi, and Siemens, but the world has moved on and so have we!
