Naples VoIP installation: Seacrest Country Day School

CSM is proud to announce the successful installation of a ShoreTel UC solution at Seacrest Country Day School in Naples, FL. Seacrest had an aging Cisco VoIP solution with a failing voice mail that was in need of replacement. After receiving a quote for an upgrade Seacrest decided that they should also look at other solutions, and of course ShoreTel came to mind. CSM was asked to provide a comprehensive turn-key solution that not only replaced the Cisco solution, but enhanced and simplified their operations. CSM was able to deliver a new ShoreTel solution with two ShoreTel Shoregear switches and the ShoreTel Headquarters server. This solution replaced three Cisco servers (Call Manager, Unity, and Paging). The ShoreTel solution cost less than the upgrade option from Cisco and included all new hardware that simplies management, staff use and training, as well as power consumption.
