Mitel Next Americas, 2018 VOIP Conference

Communications Systems Management, a leading provider of VoIP sales of new and service of existing phone systems in Florida & Texas, is looking forward to the 2018 Mitel Next Americas conference. This years conference is located in beautiful Phoenix, Arizona from October 1st-4th. Unlike some dealer conferences, this summit is designed with dual tracks for customers and Mitel partners, creating a unique ecosystem and synergy.

Since we began selling ShoreTel VOIP phone systems back in 2009, we have been consistently pleased with the simplicity of the product set. When Mitel closed their purchase of ShoreTel in October 2017, we were at first worried that the truth in the slogan “Brilliant Simplicity” would be lost. However, we are very happy to say that our fears were unnecessary as Mitel has committed to continue enhancing what is now referred to as Mitel Connect. We look forward to learning about the coming Mitel road-map, product development, and most importantly the exciting enhancements to the Mitel (ShoreTel) cloud product line, Mitel Cloud Connect.
