Job Purpose:
Make outbound calls to businesses needing IT products or services offered by our company to generate leads for sales staff.
Duties:
* Identifies prospects by reading telephone and zip code directories and other prepared listings.
* Use Goldmine software to track your prospects.
* Calls prospective customers by operating telephone equipment, and other telecommunications technologies.
* Influences customers to set an appointment for a sales representative to review our services, products, product information, and price quotations.
* Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
* Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Hours:
Our hours are Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm. This position will start at 9:00am and we are looking for someone desiring to work between 20 and 35 hours a week.
