Mitel/ ShoreTel announces Integrated Portfolio

CSM has been the leader in VoIP communications and phone systems in Tampa and the State of Florida since 1984. In 2009 we expanded to include Texas and the southeast. One of our flagship products, ShoreTel, was acquired by Mitel in late 2017. On January 26th, they announced the exciting integrated portfolio, which includes the award winning, and brilliantly simple, ShoreTel Connect, now branded as Mitel MiVoice Connect.

CSM is ecstatic about the road map and looking forward to a long and innovative relationship with Mitel!
