CSM DEPLOYS PHONESUITE VOICEWARE TO CLARION BRANDON

CSM is proud to announce the deployment of the state of the art VoIP hotel telephone system, PhoneSuite Voiceware, at the Clarion Brandon Hotel and Conference Center. The Clarion Brandon Hotel and Conference center is the premier destination for meetings and lodging in Brandon, a suburb of Tampa, Fl. The hotel’s aging Mitel system became unresponsive and management decided that it was time to upgrade the communications at the same time as the multi-million dollar renovations were coming to a completion. Management at the Clarion contacted PhoneSuite directly in order to find a reputable dealer for installation and service of their new communications system. PhoneSuite recommended CSM as the premier Voiceware dealer for Florida and the southeast. CSM deployed a solution in a timely and cost effective manner that enabled the Clarion to take advantage of VoIP technology at the front desk and administration areas, but utilize the analog cable infrastructure for the room telephones.
