Beginning in 2001, Siemens Enterprise Communications, now called “Unify,” took on channel partners in order to increase their market share. CSM jumped at the opportunity and was a dedicated partner since signing up in 2001 until their purchase by an American investment firm in 2008. As of 2013, the name Siemens was replaced with Unify. While it is true the this product line is not the main focus of CSM, because of our involvement in the product for so many years, we naturally have a base of customers who we support, expand, and service. CSM services Siemens HiPath 3000, HiPath 4000, HiPath 5000, HiPath Open Office, OpenScape Office, and now the new OpenScape X3, X5, and X8 phone systems. Customers in Tampa, Austin, Sarasota, Naples, Ft Myers, San Marcos, San Antonio, and Orlando can receive service on their Siemens phone systems with the knowledge that CSM is certified and ready to help!
