The IP convergence systems in the HiPath 3000 family offers medium sized enterprises of 10 to 500 subscribers high reliability voice communications using high quality terminals with easy operation.
The HiPath 3300 and HiPath 3500 phone systems are designed for small and medium configurations while the HiPath 3800, with the high performance hardware architecture for bigger configurations. HiPath 5000 Real Time Services Manager enables central administration and expanded functionality of HiPath networks for up to 32 systems and 1000 extensions. HiPath 3000 may also be configured as a Survivable Media Gateway in “HiPath 4000 Small Remote Site” scenarios.
The HiPath 3000/5000 series is a workhorse designed so that you can get business done, without worrying about your communications. CSM has installed networks of HiPath systems for Fortune 500 companies and local municipalities such as the City of Gulfport, the City of St. Pete Beach, and the City of Safety Harbor.
OpenScape Office MX/LX
OpenScape Office (OSO) is a VoIP communications appliance designed from the ground up with small and medium size enterprises in mind. OSO scales from 10 endpoints to 500, all with everything from Contact Center, PRI, SIP trunking, voice mail, and faxing to the desktop built into the appliance. CSM installed the first OSO in North America as well as the OSO at Epcot Center.
OpenScape Business is the most flexible, unified and future proof Unified Communication and Collaboration (UCC) solution designed for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMB) with:
