Midtown Dental had an aging Nortel Norstar system that was in need of updating. CSM and Midtown Dental staff examined the needs of the facility and examined systems from Avaya and Shoretel, deciding that a ShoreTel solution would be the best system to deploy. CSM deployed the solution utilizing the current data network, saving potentially thousands of dollars over re-running every cable for each telephone. We could not be happier to have Midtown Dental as a customer!
